AnovaBuy order costs, from goods price to shipping refund
The service fee and its two official figures, optional extras with prices, the wallet and payment options, the exchange rate, coupons, and one worked example.
What to ask when the service-fee wording disagrees
The two published statements need a specific answer for your transaction. For a hypothetical CNY 300 goods total, zero purchasing fee and a 6% purchasing fee differ by CNY 18, before any other charge.

If the account total is unclear, ask support before authorising it and retain the response with the receipt. The order screens and parcel chapter show where the two checks happen.
The total, as AnovaBuy defines it
In its Service Fee article AnovaBuy writes the total as four parts added up: what the goods cost, its purchasing service fee, international shipping, and whichever optional services you choose. The goods cost is simply what the seller asks on the marketplace. The seller's courier to the warehouse rides along with the product payment.
One help center, two service-fee answers
We cannot settle this figure for you. Read one way, in the Service Fee article, it is 6 percent of the goods on an ordinary purchase; on special sourcing (negotiation or unusual channels) it is also 6 percent, normally no more than CNY 400 for the order, and nothing at all when sourcing fails. Read the other way, in Preparation Before Purchasing, the promise is "zero purchasing service fee". Both were live when we checked on October 23, 2026.
On a CNY 300 order the gap is CNY 18. Not a fortune, but enough to look for. The Confirm Order screen lists every charge before you submit, so read it there.
Warehouse extras with a published price
These are the warehouse services AnovaBuy prices in public. Others (priority processing, reinforcement, packaging removal, insurance) show their price when you add them.

Wallet, payment methods and handling fees
You can top up a balance under My Assets, Recharge, or pay each checkout directly. The checkout picture in AnovaBuy's guide offers the balance, PayPal, a card payment through Stripe settled in euros, Alipay, WeChat and a second card option, with a Handling Fee line under the total. Payment surcharges are only shown once you are logged in; the public help pages do not list them.
Refunds, cancellations and overpaid shipping all go back to the balance. If you expect to order again, that is convenient; if not, ask support how to withdraw before topping up a large amount.
From a yuan price to your card statement
Sellers price in yuan. AnovaBuy shows a converted amount beside each price, using its own rate table for about two dozen currencies. When we looked on October 22, 2026, several rows in that table carried an update date of July 17, 2026, so the conversion can lag the market. The example in AnovaBuy's guide, ¥103.00 ≈ $14.32, works out to about 7.19 yuan per dollar.
For a small order the differences are cents. For a large haul, compare the yuan total with the amount your bank actually charged and you will know which route is cheapest for your card.
Coupons in practice
AnovaBuy's notice of March 20, 2026 put a USD 400 coupon bundle in every new account. Its public coupon list, read on October 23, 2026, breaks that down by threshold: spend CNY 15,000 and save 1,000; spend 10,000 and save 500; spend 1,500 and save 100; spend 1,000 and save 50. Most first orders will not reach the big thresholds. Use the small ones and do not stretch an order to hit a coupon.

A worked example, start to finish
Here is what we would expect a small order to cost, using published figures only. The goods are two T-shirts at CNY 89 each and a cap at CNY 62, from shops with free domestic delivery, shipped to the UK at about 1 kg.
Shipping is close to a third of this example’s total; that share is not a general rate for light parcels. Adding a third T-shirt would change the goods line more than the shipping line, as long as the parcel stays under the next weight step.
