Shelves

AnovaBuy Spreadsheet shelves annotated for the AnovaBuy order screen

Sixteen product shelves to browse, and for each one the detail worth writing in the AnovaBuy notes box and the thing to decide when the parcel is built.

Use the Spreadsheet to make a shortlist that survives checkout

A useful spreadsheet reduces repeated decisions. The category shelves do the first sorting; the annotations tell you what information to collect; the handbook tells you when to use it. Keep the original marketplace URL as well as the agent link. That lets you return to the seller's current option menu or compare another agent without starting discovery again.

Work through two candidates before adding either

Here is a planning example, not a quote. Hoodie A is CNY 160 for the selected size and colour, with CNY 10 seller postage. Hoodie B is CNY 180 with CNY 5 postage. The comparable goods-stage amounts are CNY 170 and CNY 185 before agent, payment or optional-service charges. A card showing “from CNY 99” is irrelevant if that option is a different garment.

Now compare the information. Suppose A gives a body-weight recommendation, while B gives the garment's flat chest and length. If you know the dimensions of a comfortable hoodie, B is easier to evaluate. A may still be worth buying if a measurement request can settle the uncertainty. A lower price is one input; whether you can explain the requested size is another. The listing checklist helps separate those questions.

  1. Save the candidate. Record URL, seller, exact option, quantity and the price you actually selected. The shelves provide discovery; this note is your comparison record.
  2. Name the evidence. Ask for a chest measurement or a fastening close-up because it can change your decision. A generic request for “good QC” does not tell the warehouse what matters.
  3. Transfer the request. Recheck the imported product information on AnovaBuy. Put the specification and photo request into the relevant order fields; a tick on this website does not send a message.
  4. Use the warehouse pause. Open your own photos and compare them with the saved option before moving on to parcel submission. Follow the actual status and deadline in your account.

Keep some budget unspent until the parcel is real

Continue the example with a personal budget of CNY 500. Choosing the CNY 170 goods-stage option leaves CNY 330 for all remaining costs; it does not mean shipping costs CNY 330 or that another item is affordable. The parcel's dimensions, destination, route and chosen protection still have to be priced. The line finder is a dated planning reference, and the fee guide identifies costs that a catalogue price leaves out.

This is the value of using the Spreadsheet alongside an agent: discovery, written comparison and later evidence form one understandable sequence. It is also portable. If another agent fits your country better, the original URL and measurement request remain useful; update the photo policy, ordering fields and shipping assumptions for that agent. Neither popularity nor a historical QC image proves authenticity, fit, present stock or the condition of the next item sent by the seller.

What the AnovaBuy Spreadsheet is, and what it is not

Think of an AnovaBuy Spreadsheet as a shop window sorted into categories. You walk the shelves, pick a listing that lives on a Chinese marketplace, and let AnovaBuy do the buying. Nothing gets downloaded, and AnovaBuy has no hand in running it. The word stuck because early versions of these catalogs were shared as files; the useful part was always the curated list of products and links.

On this site the shelves are the first half of the job and the handbook is the second. A shelf gets you to a listing. The notes in the table below tell you what to write when that listing reaches AnovaBuy's product page, and what to decide later when it goes into a parcel.

Per-shelf notes for the AnovaBuy notes box

These are the details that most often decide whether a product arrives as expected. The middle entry is what to put in the AnovaBuy notes box or request as an extra photo; the last entry is what to weigh up when the item joins a parcel.

Links from Weidian and the other marketplaces

On our shelves, Weidian listings outnumber Taobao and 1688 ones. AnovaBuy, by contrast, builds its examples around Taobao, Tmall and 1688, and its search results switch between just two sources, 1688 and Taobao. Weidian is not mentioned either way. Paste the link and see whether AnovaBuy fills in the product page. If it does not, AnovaBuy's Custom Order route handles goods that need special sourcing; the Service Fee article charges 6 percent for that route, usually topping out at CNY 400 an order, with nothing due if sourcing comes to nothing.

Two columns comparing the routes: paste a link that AnovaBuy reads, or use Custom Order for links it cannot read
Two routes for a listing, depending on whether AnovaBuy reads the link.

A preflight card for Spreadsheet sites themselves

There are many sites built around the same idea. Why this site exists: we wanted the product shelves and the agent's own rules on one page, with each fact dated and each check written down. We read AnovaBuy's help center in full, replayed its public freight quotes, and captured its screens on October 23, 2026. We did not place a test order, and we say so wherever that limits what we can tell you.

The five tests below show how to pick out a Spreadsheet site worth trusting, ours included:

Checklist for judging a Spreadsheet site: dated facts, working links, says who runs it, separates catalog from agent, admits what it has not tested
Five tests to apply to any Spreadsheet site before trusting its advice.

We update the dated facts when AnovaBuy changes a page we cite, and log each change on the updates page. Spotted a link that fails, or a number AnovaBuy has since changed? The editors' address is on the about page.
