The AnovaBuy handbook, stop by stop
The ten-step illustrated guide was checked through AnovaBuy’s official Tutorial on October 25, 2026. Its screenshots show an older interface, including a 2023 checkout example. Treat amounts, payment options and promotional wording in the images as examples; use your live checkout and the linked help policies for current terms.

Seven stops drawn from the ten official steps
AnovaBuy's own beginner guide is a single long picture in its help center, headed HOW TO BUY and HOW TO SUBMIT A PACKAGE, with ten numbered steps. We kept its order and grouped the steps where one screen leads straight into the next. Steps one to three become the ordering chapter, four and five the warehouse chapter, six to eight the parcel chapter, and nine and ten the doorstep chapter. Registration, which the guide treats as a given, gets a chapter of its own.
The guide's pictures come from an older AnovaBuy interface with an orange Discord banner across the top. The current site, which we captured on October 23, 2026, has a yellow menu bar instead, but the buttons a buyer presses kept their names: Add to Cart, Buy Now, Submit Order, Confirm Payment.
The official walk-through, under a minute
AnovaBuy's channel has one clip made as a buying tutorial. It runs 54 seconds and moves fast, so it works best as a preview: you will recognise the screens when you meet them. The chapters below slow each one down.
Two things in the clip are older than the current site: the colour scheme and the position of the Sign Up button. The flow itself, from pasted link to checkout, is unchanged as far as we could compare.
Five things on the desk before the Register button
None of this is required by AnovaBuy on day one, but each item saves a stall later. The address and phone number matter most: the delivery courier in your country will use them, and a parcel that bounces for an incomplete address is re-sent at your cost according to the help center.
A tape measure is the least glamorous tool on this list and the one that prevents most returns. Seller size charts on Taobao and 1688 are written in centimeters, and some list body-weight bands instead of letters.
What happens at each stop
Account
Email, password, an emailed code and an agreement box. Google and Discord sign-in were also offered on October 23, 2026. New accounts were promised USD 400 of coupons by a notice dated March 20, 2026. Account chapter.
Product page and Confirm Order
A link or a keyword gets you to a product page; options and notes go in; the destination country is set on Confirm Order. The first payment then covers the goods and their domestic courier. Ordering chapter.
Warehouse
A buyer at AnovaBuy contacts the seller and pays. When the goods arrive they are opened, compared with your order and photographed. Two clocks start: five days for a no-reason return, ninety days of free storage. Warehouse chapter.
Parcel and shipping payment
From the warehouse list you pick what ships together, choose packing options and a line, and pay the estimated international fee. After packing, the real weight replaces the estimate and the difference is settled. Parcel chapter.
Doorstep
Tracking shows up in the user center after a few quiet days. At delivery, ask the courier to wait while you open the box; problems must be reported within days, not weeks. Doorstep chapter.
Where beginners slip
These are the mistakes the official help pages warn about most often, put in the order you would make them. None is dramatic. Each one costs either a return fee, a re-sent parcel or a refused claim.
